We do the Mailing and Printing
When you do Direct Mail with 1st Stop Print, we take care of the paperwork, bundling and delivery to the Post Office. We have two options to choose from: BMEU (Business Mail Entry Unit) or Retail, but in most cases it will be a BMEU (Business Mail Entry Unit) and we use our permit number. We drop off and make sure all mail is done correctly and accepted by the USPS so it can be sent out and delivered by letter carriers. If there are any problems with printing or mailing, we fix everything so you don’t have to. Its a seamless process where we take of everything. We do the work for you!
Please Note: Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged postcards / flyers / mailers. 1st Stop Print cannot be held liable for any issues that occur in transit (if we ship directly to the post office) or once USPS® has taken possession of the order(s) as stated in our terms and conditions on the website, and for this reason, we do not offer full or partial refunds on any direct mail order. Although we do our best to accommodate future delivery dates specified upon ordering, we cannot guarantee that mailers will be delivered on said requested dates, to requested zip codes/ routes, or that you will be contacted by customers or get new business with your marketing. We recommend placing your order in accordance with the time that you would like your mailers to be sent out, and recommend 10 to 14 business days from the time you place your order with 1st Stop Print. If there is an issue with mailers not being delivered then we create a support ticket and request an investigation with the USPS to determine what happened with the local post offices delivering the mail and if it needs to be resent, but only after the USPS refunds the charges and allows us to resend. The investigation can take up to 30 days. If the USPS confirms that they were delivered then there is nothing we can do beyond that point. There will not be an refunds on the direct mail or EDDM campaigns once it has been accepted by the USPS and especially after an investigation on lost or undeliverable mailers has happened, we would resend mailers once we were refunded by the USPS. If they confirm that the mailers were delivered by the local post office, we cannot offer refunds at that point. We also have receipts available that the direct mail was accepted by the USPS and processed and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged postcards / flyers / mailers. 1st Stop Print cannot be held liable for any issues that occur in transit (if we ship directly to the post office) or once USPS® has taken possession of the order(s).
